      探寻更加适合香蕉组培苗生长的光源方案,为香蕉组培育苗提供参考。本研究以‘巴西蕉’香蕉组培生根苗为试验材料,研究不同6种不同的LED光质处理对香蕉组培苗的形态、生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明:LED红蓝组合光中,红光: 蓝光 =4(4R1B)处理的香蕉组培苗较荧光灯对照处理生长更健壮、根系更发达;在4R1B的基础上添加23%的绿光(8R2B3G)后单株鲜重较单纯的红蓝光处理显著提高,有效促进了香蕉组培苗的壮苗,且更有利于提高叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、PIabs、TR0/CS0和ETo/CS0的值,同时该处理在所有处理中香蕉组培苗的株高最高、叶面积和生物量最大。综上所述,红光:蓝光:绿光=8: 2: 3(L4处理)的光质条件下香蕉组培苗的PSⅡ光反应能力最强,生长最旺盛,最适合香蕉组培苗的生长。研究结果不仅为香蕉组培育苗提供了最佳光源配方,且将为后续降低香蕉工厂化组培育苗成本提供了理论指导。
英文摘要:
      【Objective】To look for a more suitable light source scheme to provide a reference for banana tissue culture.In this study, the tissue cultured rooting seedlings of ‘Baxijiao’ banana variety were used as experimental materials and fluorescence lamp was used as the control. The effects of six different LED light treatments on the morphological indexes, growth and photosynthetic characteristics were studied.The results showed that the seedings with the 4R1B treatment had more developed roots and stronger plants comparing with the control, and addition of 23% green light on the 4R1B was conducive to increase the plant height, leaf area and fresh weight of the tissue cultured banana seedlings. In the LED 8R2B3G treatment, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm, PIABS, TR0/CS0 and ETO /CS0 were improved. Meanwhile, the tissue cultured banana seedlings had the highest plant height, leaf area and biomass.It can be extrapolated that light quality of Red : Blue : Green=8: 2: 3 (L4) was the best for the growth of tissue cultured banana seedlings, which not only provided the most effective light source formula for banana tissue culture, but also provided a theoretical basis for reducing the cost of industrial banana tissue culture.
