      本研究从辽宁省果树科学研究所引进国峰2号、国峰7号、国峰17号3个李新品种,采用田间调查结合室内分析,评价3个品种的生长结果习性、植物学性状、物候期、抗逆性,并测定果实硬度、总糖、可滴定酸、花色苷、总黄酮、总酚等含量。结果表明:国峰2号树势旺盛,丰产性强,单果重101.2g,可滴定酸含低(0.88%);国峰17号,单果重最大,为160.8g,丰产性强;国峰7号,果实紫黑色,可溶性固形含量高17.6%,花色苷含量最丰富,为389.43μg/g,丰产性中等。3个品种均具有较高的果实带皮硬度,耐储运性好,果实成熟期在7月上中旬,较辽宁地区提前30-40d,具有良好的市场优势。3个国峰李品种在重庆地区综合表现优良,可作为杂交育种的亲本材料,也是重庆市李产业结构调整中极具推广价值的李新品种。

      In this study, we introduced three new plum cultivars, ‘Guofeng No.2’, ‘Guofeng No.7’, ‘Guofeng No.17’, from Liaoning Institute of Pomolgy. Field investigation and laboratory analysis was used to evaluation the growth and fruiting habits, botanical characters, phenophase, stress resistance of the three cultivars, and determination of their fruit hardness, total sugar, titratable acid, anthocyanins, total flavonoids, total phenols and other contents.The results show that Guofeng No.2 had strong tree vigour and high yield. Its single fruit weight was 101.2g, and its titratable acid content was lowest (0.88%).Guofeng No.17 had the largest single fruit weight (160.8g) and highest yield. Guofeng No.7 had black-purple skin and highest soluble solid content,17.6%, and its content of anthocyanins was the most abundant, which was 389.43μg/g. But its yield was medium. The three varieties all have high hardness, good shipping ability, and their ripening periods were in the early and middle of July, 30-40d earlier than those in Liaoning region, which has a good market advantage. These three cultivars have excellent performance in Chongqing, and can be used as parent materials for cross breeding. They are also new cultivars with great promotion value in the adjustment of plum industrial structure in Chongqing.
