      枣树为我国栽培面积最大干果树种,具有显著的经济价值和生态效益。研究发现,外源Ca(OH)2能有效抑制 “枣黑顶病”的发病率从而减少枣农损失。为提高壶瓶枣果实营养成分和改善口感,寻找Ca(OH)2最佳喷施浓度。以壶瓶枣为研究对象,分别喷施不同浓度梯度的Ca(OH)2,枣果成熟后测定果肉中可溶性糖、有机酸和矿质元素含量。结果表明:1.不同浓度Ca(OH)2处理条件下,壶瓶枣果肉中可溶性糖含量、有机酸含量均随Ca(OH)2处理浓度的增大而增大,而糖酸比随Ca(OH)2处理浓度的增大,有下降趋势;2.外源Ca(OH)2能显著提高壶瓶枣果肉中Ca、Mg元素的含量且Ca(OH)2饱和溶液稀释150倍浓度提升效果最明显;3.喷施Ca(OH)2溶液对壶瓶枣体内K元素含量有明显抑制作用;4.喷施外源Ca(OH)2溶液能有效提高壶瓶枣果肉中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn元素含量, Ca(OH)2饱和溶液稀释150倍浓度效果最好。综合以上结果外源Ca(OH)2饱和溶液稀释150-200倍浓度为最佳喷施浓度。
英文摘要:
      Jujube is the largest dry fruit tree in China, which has significant economic value and ecological benefit. It was found that exogenous Ca(OH)2 could effectively inhibit the incidence of "jujube blacktop" and reduce the loss of jujube farmers. The purpose of this study was to enhance the nutrition and improve the taste of Huping jujube, and to find the best spraying concentration of Ca (OH)2. Taking Huping jujube as the research object, the contents of soluble sugar, organic acid and mineral elements in jujube pulp were determined after the jujube fruit was mature by spraying Ca(OH)2 with different concentration gradients. The results showed that: 1. Under different concentrations of Ca(OH)2, the soluble sugar content and organic acid content in Huping jujube pulp increased with the increase of Ca(OH)2 concentration, while the sugar acid ratio decreased with the increase of Ca(OH)2 concentration; 2. Exogenous Ca(OH)2 could significantly increase the contents of Ca and Mg in Huping jujube pulp, and the effect of 150 times dilution of Ca(OH)2 saturated solution was the most obvious; 3. Spraying Ca(OH)2 solution can obviously inhibit the content of K in Huping jujube; 4. Spraying exogenous Ca(OH)2 solution can effectively improve the contents of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in Huping jujube pulp, and the best concentration is 150 times dilution of Ca(OH)2 saturated solution. Based on the above results, the best spraying concentration is when the saturated solution of exogenous Ca(OH)2 is diluted 150-200 times.
