      2020年10月在海南省儋州市的油梨树上发现一种枝干溃疡病,本研究的目的是明确该病害病原菌种类、病原菌致病力及生物学特性。通过形态学鉴定及分子鉴定确定病原菌种类,测试病原菌对不同油梨品种的致病力,并从培养基类型、pH值、碳源、氮源及光照条件等方面对该病原菌的生物学特性进行研究。通过形态学鉴定及分子鉴定,确定该病害发病组织处分离获得的菌株为假可可毛色二孢[Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae],该菌是在中国油梨树上新发现的病原菌;科赫法则测试证明假可可毛色二孢是引起油梨枝干溃疡病的病原;致病力分析显示油梨品种‘富尔特’最感病,‘祖坦诺’最耐病;病原菌的生物学特性测定结果显示菌丝生长的最适培养基为马铃薯胡萝卜琼脂培养基(PCA),pH值为4时菌丝生长最快;菌丝生长的最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为酵母粉;病原菌在不同光照条件下菌丝生长差异不显著。
英文摘要:
      In October 2020, a branch canker disease was found on avocado in Danzhou city, Hainan Province. The purpose of this study was to identify the species, pathogenicity, and biological characteristics of the pathogen. The species of the pathogen was pathogen was identified by morphological and molecular identification, and the biological characteristics of the pathogen were studied in medium types, pH, carbon sources, nitrogen sources, and light conditions. By morphological and molecular identification, the pathogen was identified as Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae, a new pathogen on avocado in China. The test of Koch’s rule confirmed that L. pseudotheobromae was the pathogen of avocado branch canker. Pathogenicity test revealed that avocado cultivar ‘Fuerte’ was the most susceptible and ‘Zutano’ the least. The results of the biological characteristics test showed that the most suitable culture medium of the pathogen was Potato carrot agar (PCA). The optimal pH for mycelium growth was 4.The favorable carbon source was sugar, and the optimum source was yeast powder. The mycelium of the pathogen under different light conditions had no significant difference.
