      以3种野生樱桃资源为供试材料,比较了花粉烘制方式和贮藏温度对供试材料花粉萌芽率的影响,评价了供试材料花粉对甜樱桃品种座果率的影响。结果表明:常温干燥皿烘制花粉萌发率显著高于培养箱烘制;水+10mg/L硼酸+20%蔗糖为测定供试材料花粉活力的适宜培养基;毛樱桃、中国樱桃、‘黄蜜’花粉在4℃冷藏30天的萌发率均高于40%;毛樱桃、中国樱桃和山樱桃花粉与3个甜樱桃品种的异花授粉平均坐果率可达到40%。作者认为,供试野生樱桃资源的花粉萌发和贮藏特性,以及与甜樱桃品种的异花授粉亲和性与供试甜樱桃品种花粉类似,在甜樱桃人工授粉中具有较大的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Three kinds of wild cherry resources, Nanking cherry (Cerasus tomentosa Thunb.), Chinese cherry (Cerasus pseudocerasus L.) and Mountain cherry (Cerasus serrulata), were used as experimental materials to compare the effects of pollen baking methods and storage temperature on the germination rate of pollen, and the effects of pollen on the fruit setting rate of sweet cherry varieties were evaluated. The results showed that the germination rate of pollen dried in a desiccator at room temperature was significantly higher than that in an incubator,and the medium composed of water + 10 mg/L boric acid + 20% sucrose was suitable for testing pollen viability. The pollen germination rate of Nanking cherry, Chinese cherry and sweet cherry cultivar "Huang mi"(Cerasus avium L. ‘Huang mi’ ) stored at 4℃ for 30 days were all more than 40%. The average fruit setting rate of three sweet cherry cultivars was 40%, when three kinds of wild cherry resources were used as pollination trees. The author believed that the storage and germination characteristics of pollens from wild cherry resources, as well as their compatibility with sweet cherry varieties were similar to traits of the pollens from tested sweet cherry cultivars, and it was possible that the tested wild cherry resources would be active application value in artificial pollination of sweet cherry.
