      试验以两年生薄壳山核桃嫁接苗(波尼)为研究材料,通过人工模拟水分胁迫环境,测定并分析了薄壳山核桃在干旱胁迫下的光合作用特性以及相关生理生化指标。结果发现:随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量和CAT活性逐渐下降;超氧阴离子产生速率(O2˙ˉ)、SOD活性、过氧化氢(H2O2)和可溶性蛋白含量呈现先升高后下降的趋势;MDA含量在第9天显著上升;AsA含量呈现先升后降的趋势;GSH含量逐渐上升,在第9天达到峰值;可溶性糖总量在前期比较稳定,在第6天开始下降,蔗糖随着胁迫时间的延长,其含量逐渐上升,第3天达到峰值;乙烯(ETH)、脱落酸(ABA)和水杨酸(SA)的含量均呈现出先升后降的趋势,茉莉酸(JA)含量逐渐下降。研究表明,干旱胁迫下,薄壳山核桃‘波尼’受到较大的损伤,植株主要通过提高抗氧化酶活性和增加抗氧化物质的含量,以及调控体内的激素代谢水平来抵御干旱胁迫。
英文摘要:
      In order to reveal the physiological characteristics of Carya illinoensis ‘Pawnee’ under drought stress. Two year old grafting seedlings of Carya illinoensis ‘Pawnee’ were used as the experiment materials, and all plants were grown in pots under greenhouse conditions and subjected to 9-day drought stress by withholding irrigation. Then photosynthetic pigments and other physiological parameters were investigated, including leaf relative water content (RWC), the generation rate of O2˙ˉ, soluble protein, soluble sugar, sucrose, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), malondialdehyde (MDA), ascorbate (AsA) and reduced glutathione (GSH) contents, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) and phytohormones levels. The results showed that with the extension of drought stress time, RWC, photosynthetic pigments content and CAT activity gradually decreased; the generation rate of O2˙ˉ, SOD activity, H2O2 and soluble protein content increased first and then decreased; MDA content significantly increased on the ninth day; AsA content increased first and then decreased, GSH content gradually increased and reached the peak on the ninth day; soluble sugar content was much stable during the first sixth days and decreased on the sixth day; sucrose content increased first and then decreased, reached the peak on the third day; ethylene (ETH), ahscisic acid (ABA) and salicylic acid (SA) contents increased first and then decreased; jasmonic acid (JA) content gradually decreased. The results indicated that the drought resistance is mainly improved by increasing anti-oxidative enzymes activities and antioxidants contents, and regulating hormones levels in the seedlings. However, seedlings of Carya illinoensis ‘Pawnee’ were seriously damaged under drought stress.
