      火龙果是一种具有攀援习性的浅根系植物,为阐明不同支架与肉质茎互作对诱导产生气生根的的影响,将竹竿、水泥柱、石柱、钢管、塑料管5种材质支架生长火龙果的根系活力、形态特征和生物量等相关指标进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)不同支架材质对诱导产生的气生根系活力达到显著差异水平,而竹竿相比其它四种支架依次增加了38.21%,93.90%,95.12%和92.68%;(2)气生根总根长、总根尖数及交叉数等指标达到极显著差异水平,其最高值竹竿较最低值塑料管支架分别增加了81.25%,97.28%和95.79%;(3)单节鲜根生物量差异达到极显著差异水平,竹竿较其它四种支架分别增加了71.89%,94.78%,100%和100%,整株鲜根生物量达到极显著差异性,其中竹竿相比其它四种支架分别增加了81.26%,96.52%,100%和100%;(4)根系活力与鲜根生物量、干物质积累量和气生根直径呈显著性相关性,相关系数分别为0.958,0.913和0.890。说明诱导火龙果气生根的根系活力和生物量上,采用竹竿作为支架具有明显的优势,其结果可为火龙果田间种植模式的支架选择提供参考价值。
英文摘要:
      Pitaya is a shallow root plant with climbing habit. Succulous stems need to absorb and transport nutrients by aerial root to stabilize the plant.In order to clarify the effect of different materials of scaffold on the induced aerial root of succulent stems, the root activities and morphological characteristics of the induced aerial root were measured.The results show that (1) there were significant differences in the root activity values induced by different materials of scaffold. Compared with cement and stone column, steel and plastic pipe, bamboo scaffolds increased by 38.21%, 93.90%, 95.12% and 92.68%,respectively.(2) There were significant differences in the total root length, total root tip number and cross number of aerial roots induced by bamboo scaffolds. The highest value of bamboo scaffolds was 81.25%, 97.28% and 95.79%.It higher than that of plastic tubes.(3)Compared with cement column, stone column, steel tube and plastic pipe, the biomass of fresh roots induced by bamboo column increased by 71.89%, 94.78%, 100% and 100%.The biomass of fresh root induced by bamboo column increased by 81.26%, 96.52%, 100% and 100%, respectively.(4)The root activity of aerial roots were significantly correlated with the accumulation of fresh roots, dry matter and root diameter, and the correlation coefficients were 0.958, 0.913 and 0.890, respectively. The results indicated that bamboo material had significant advantages over cement columns, stone columns, steel pipes and plastic pipes in the root activity and biomass induced by aerial rooting. It provided theoretical reference for the selection of cultivation racks of Pitaya.
