以主栽品种“台农一号”作为研究对象,通过研究5个不同成熟度采收百香果在常温贮藏过程中外在品质及内在品质的变化。结果表明,随着贮藏时间延长,果实呼吸强度、果皮皱缩指数和失重率呈增加趋势,果实Vc含量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、可滴定酸和好果率呈降低趋势,整体成熟度V采收变化幅度较大,而III和IV变化较小,I和II处于中间,果实外观色泽由绿色变为红色或紫红色,亮度逐渐变暗。结合隶属函数综合评价排序为IV >III >V >II >I,说明成熟度IV处理在贮藏过程中综合品质最好,易于贮藏和长距离运输。综合各项指标,为了保证采后贮藏品质及运输,选择花后55天,果皮表面75%紫色、25%绿色进行百香果采摘。 |

Taking the main cultivar "Tainong No. 1" as the research object, the changes of external and internal quality of passion fruit harvested with 5 different maturity during normal temperature storage were studied.SThe results showed that with the extension of storage time, the fruit respiration intensity, peel shrinkage index and weight loss rate increased, while the fruit Vc content, soluble protein, soluble sugar, titratable acid and good fruit rate decreased. The maturity V changed greatly after harvest, while the III and IV changed little, and I and II were in the middle. Fruit appearance from green to red or purple color, brightness gradually dimmed. The ranking of comprehensive evaluation combined with membership function is IV >III >V >II >I, it indicates that the maturity IV treatment has the best comprehensive quality in the storage process and is easy to storage and long-distance transportation. In order to ensure postharvest storage quality and transportation, 75% purple and 25% green skins were selected for picking passion fruit 55 days after flowering. |
