本文以‘金果’猕猴桃为材料,研究自然生长果与CPPU处理果生长动态规律及不同采收期软果品质(盛花后162d、172d、182d、192d、202d和212d采摘,分别记为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ)。结果表明:2019年和2020年膨大剂(CPPU)处理使金果猕猴桃单果重平均提高1.40倍,膨果组单果重平均为102.98 g。膨大剂可提高糖酸比,口感由酸甜味转为甜味;可使采收期提前;可提高维生素C含量,降低总氨基酸和粗纤维含量。‘金果’猕猴桃攀西引种栽培生长期可分为快速膨大期(盛花后60d内)、缓慢增长期(盛花后60~123d)和生长停滞期(盛花后123~193d)。建议自然生长组盛花后192 d(Ⅳ期)左右采摘,膨果组盛花后182~192 d(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期)采摘。‘金果’猕猴桃采摘时可结合可溶性固形物(9~10%)和果肉颜色(黄色)综合判断。 |

Taking the ‘Hort16A’ kiwi fruit as material, the dynamic law of fruit growth and quality of soft fruit in different harvest periods for natural growing fruit and CPPU treated were studied. The results showed: The average weight for CPPU was 102.98 g in 2019 and 2020, which was 1.4 times that of the natural growth group. CPPU can increase the ratio of sugar to acid, and the taste changes from sour and sweet to sweet. It can brings forward the harvest time, increase the content of vitamin C, and decrease the content of total amino acid and crude fiber. The fruit growth rhythm of ‘Hort16A’ kiwi fruit in Panxi area can be divided into rapid expansion period (60d after flowering), slow growth period (60~123d after flowering) and growth stagnation period (123~193d after flowering). The optimal harvest time was 182 to 192 days after flowering for CPPU treated. And for natural growing fruit, it was about 192 days. Harvest time can be consider combined with soluble solids (9~10%) and pulp color (golden yellow). |
