| 盆栽苹果二次开花能够提高观赏价值,延长观赏期,从而能够促进苹果盆景产业的发展。本试验显微观察了苹果花芽的形态分化进程,并通过全株脱叶和喷施单氰胺溶液对昆明地区不同品种的盆栽苹果进行二次开花试验。试验结果表明：‘嘎啦’在8月中旬花芽处于萼片形成期,‘富士’在8月中旬花芽处于花蕾分化期,‘红色之爱’在8月中旬花芽处于花瓣形成期,‘神砂’和‘皮诺娃’在8月中旬花芽处于雄蕊形成期；‘嘎啦’和‘富士’在10月上旬花芽处于雄蕊形成期,‘红色之爱’、‘皮诺娃’和‘神砂’在10月上旬花芽处于雌蕊形成期；在12月上旬5个苹果品种的花芽均进入雌蕊形成期。9月初通过全株脱叶和喷施单氰胺溶液处理,‘嘎啦’、‘富士’、‘神砂’和‘皮诺娃’成功实现了二次开花,‘嘎啦’、‘神砂’和‘皮诺娃’二次开花后成功挂果。 |

| The secondary flowering of potted apple can improve the ornamental value and prolong the ornamental period, so as to promote the development of Apple bonsai industry. In this experiment, the morphological differentiation process of apple flower buds was observed microscopically, and the secondary flowering experiment of different varieties of potted apples in Kunming was carried out by means of whole plant defoliation and spraying monocyandiamide solution. The results showed that the flower bud of "Gala" was in the stage of sepal formation in mid August, and that of "Fuji" was in the stage of flower bud differentiation in mid August, the flower buds of "Redlove" were in petal formation stage in mid August, and the flower buds of "Shensha" and "Pinova" were in stamen formation stage in mid August. The flower buds of "Gala" and "Fuji" were in the stamen formation stage in early October, and the flower buds of "Redlove", "Pinova" and "Shensha" were in the pistil formation stage in early October; In early December, the flower buds of five apple varieties entered the pistil formation stage. In early September, "Gala", "Fuji", "Shensha" and "Pinova" successfully achieved secondary flowering through whole plant defoliation and spraying monocyandiamide solution, and "Gala", "Shensha" and "Pinova" successfully hung fruit after secondary flowering. |
