| 本文通过试验对比机械分级和人工分级在荸荠种杨梅分级中的效率差异和保鲜效果差异,得出了三个结论,一是在杨梅日产量饱和的前提下一台分级机械的分级量相当于5.87个人工,二是机械分级与人工分级的保鲜效果差异不显著,即机械分级对荸荠种杨梅的保鲜效果没有大的影响,三是不建议寄送至需72h及以上运输时长的地区。此外,通过成本核算、效益分析和调查座谈总结出年销售额在20万元以上或者销售量在100箱以上的梅农或经营主体可考虑配置一台分级机械。可作为广大荸荠种梅农和杨梅经营主体的参考。 |

| This article compared the efficiency difference and fresh-keeping effect difference of mechanical grading and manual grading in Biqi Chinese strawberry grading through experiments. Three conclusions are drawn: At first, on the premise that the daily output of China strawberry is saturated, the grading capacity of a grading machine is equivalent to 5.87 labors; secondly, there is no significant difference in the fresh-keeping effect between mechanical grading and manual grading, that is, mechanical classification has no great impact on the fresh-keeping effect of Biqi China strawberry; thirdly, it is not recommended to send it to areas requiring 72h or even longer transportation time. In addition, Through cost accounting, benefit analysis, investigation and discussion, it is concluded that Biqi China strawberry planters or business entities with annual sales of more than 200,000 yuan or more than 100 cartons may consider to configure a mechanical grading machine. These can be used as a reference for the Biqi China strawberry planters or business entities. |
