为解决穴盘规格与百香果砧木幼苗质量的关系,本研究以百香果砧木种子为材料,选用了每540 mm×280 mm面积内5种不同单穴容积穴盘规格(孔数分别为32孔、50孔、72孔、105孔、128孔)的穴盘处理,开展百香果砧木穴盘育苗试验,测定其幼苗生长指标和生理指标。试验结果表明:在不同孔数穴盘处理下,百香果砧木幼苗植株茎粗、干质量、根冠比、壮苗指数以及叶片中叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)含量均随单穴容积的减少而减少,在穴盘32孔处理下,测得值均为最大;植株高度以及叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量和脯氨酸(Pro)含量均随单穴容积的减少而增加,在穴盘128孔处理下,测得值均为最大;综上所述,32孔数的穴盘处理,其单穴容积较大,有利于百香果砧木幼苗生长。 |

To solve the tray caves of plug seeding affect seedling quality of Passion Fruit,The test used the stock seed of passion fruit for the material,combined with 32 caves,50 caves,72 caves,105 caves,128caves each in a 540 mm×280 mm seedling tray,to carry out the passion fruit stock tray seedling test,determination of seedling growth and physiological indicators.The results showed that the stem diameter,dry weight,root-shoot ratio,seedling index,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content, protective enzyme SOD and POD contents of the seedlings decreased with the decrease of single hole volume,and the maximum values were obtained under the 32 caves treatment. Plant height,MDA content and proline (Pro) content in leaves increased with the decrease of single hole volume,and the measured values were the maximum with the128 caves.Therefore,The single hole volume of 32 holes was larger, which was beneficial to the growth of passion fruit seedlings. |
