为探究调环酸钙对夏梢生长和果实品质的影响,本文以5年生枳砧纽荷尔脐橙(Citrus sinensis Osbeck ‘Newhall’)树为材料,在夏梢生长期采用叶面喷施和土施两种方式,施加100 mg/L和150 mg/L的调环酸钙,同时设置叶面喷施500 mg/L多效唑处理进行控梢效果对比,在夏老熟后调查了夏梢数量、长度、粗度和夏梢叶片长宽、叶绿素SPAD值,果实成熟期测定了品质指标。结果显示:叶面喷施150 mg/L调环酸钙能显著抑制夏梢抽发和伸长生长,促进夏梢增粗和叶片叶绿素SPAD值增高,降低夏梢叶片长度与宽度,提高成熟期果实可溶性固形物含量和出汁率,对其他外观和内在品质均无负面影响,具有较好的控制夏梢生长效果。本研究结果为研发合适的夏梢生长调控技术、实现柑橘枝梢生长的省力化控制提供了依据。 |

In order to investigate the effects of prohexadione calcium on citrus summer shoots growth and fruit quality, this study used 5-year-old Newhall navel orange (Citrus sinensis Osbeck ''Newhall'') trees as the material. During the summer shoots growth period, two concentrations of Prohexadione calcium(100 mg/L and 150 mg/L)are applied by spraying and soil drenching. At the same time, 500 mg/L paclobutrazol were sprayed for comparison. The number, the length, and the thickness of the summer shoots and the length, the width, the SPAD value of the summer shoot leaves were investigated after the summer shoots aged. And the fruit quality were measured during the fruit maturity. The results showed that foliar spraying of 150 mg/L prohexadione calcium can significantly inhibit the sprouting and elongation growth of summer shoots, promote the thickening of summer shoots and increase the chlorophyll SPAD value of leaves, reduce the length and width of summer shoot leaves, furthermore, the total soluble solids(TSS) and the juice percentage of fruits were increased during maturity period. All in all, applying prohexadione calcium had no negative effects on other appearance and internal quality, and have a good effect of controlling the growth of summer shoots. The results of this study provide a basis for the development of suitable summer shoot growth regulation technology and the realization of labor-saving control of citrus shoot growth. |
