本研究以9年生巨峰葡萄为试验材料,株间铺设反光膜,以未铺反光膜为对照。探索铺膜对高山葡萄微环境、叶绿素荧光参数及果实品质的影响。结果显示,铺设反光膜较对照有显著差异。铺膜极显著地提高了大棚内反射光强,日变化最大值为8827 lux,提高葡萄叶下温度,降低大棚湿度;土壤温度日变化小,温差仅为1.40 ℃。叶绿素荧光参数实际光合效率Y(II)、光化学淬灭qp与电子传递速率ETR均高于对照,日最高值分别为0.549、0.985、25.781。铺设反光膜显著提高可溶性固形物含量、总糖含量、单果重量,分别为21.73 %、123.56 mg/ml、12.67 g。 |

In this study, 9-year-old Kyoho grapes were used as the test material, and reflective film was laid between the plants, and the unpaved reflective film was used as a control. Explore the effects of film coating on the microenvironment, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and fruit quality of alpine grapes. The results show that the laying of reflective film is significantly different from the control. Laying film greatly increased the reflected light intensity in the greenhouse, with a maximum daily change of 8827 lux, increased the temperature under the grape leaves, and reduced the humidity in the greenhouse; the daily change of soil temperature was small, and the temperature difference was only 1.40 ℃. The actual photosynthetic efficiency Y(II), photochemical quenching qp, and electron transfer rate ETR of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were all higher than the control, and the daily maximum values were 0.549, 0.985, and 25.781, respectively. Laying of reflective film significantly increased the soluble solid content, total sugar content, and single fruit weight to 21.73%, 123.56 mg/ml, and 12.67 g, respectively. |
