草莓组培脱毒过程中可能会产生变异问题。本研究采用单茎尖离体培养的方法,筛选适宜‘宁玉’草莓初代培养、壮苗培养和生根培养的培养基配方。结果表明,适宜‘宁玉’草莓初代培养的培养基配方为:MS + 6-BA 0.20 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.05 mg·L-1,适宜壮苗培养的培养基配方为:MS + 6-BA 0.10 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.10 mg·L-1,适宜生根培养的培养基配方为:1/2 MS + NAA 0.10 mg·L-1,本研究为建立‘宁玉’草莓单茎尖培养技术体系提供技术支持。。 |

In order to solve the variation problem in the process of culture in strawberry, we performed the single stem tip culture by screen the suitable medium of the primary culture, strong seedling culture and rooting culture of ‘Ningyu’ strawberry. The results showed that the suitable medium for the primary culture of ‘Ningyu’ strawberry was MS + 6-BA 0.20 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.05 mg·L-1; the suitable medium for the cultivation of strong seedling was MS + 6-BA 0.10 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.10 mg·L-1; the medium formula suitable for rooting culture was 1/2 MS + NAA 0.10 mg·L-1. This research provides technical support for the establishment of technology system for single stem tip culture of ‘Ningyu’ strawberry. |
