| 黑肉柿在我国是一种新型水果，其经济价值高，为推进黑肉柿产业在广东地区快速发展，黑肉柿引进在广东中山种植观察。通过对黑肉柿进行连续6年的引种栽培观察，总结了黑肉柿的种子形态特征、植物学特征、物候期、主要经济性状、果实营养成分、抗逆性、病虫害、采收和耐贮性等综合性状，测定了出苗率、投产期，同时总结了黑肉柿的栽培技术要点。结果表明黑肉柿是一种发展潜力巨大的新兴水果兼生态景观效果好的多用途树种，值得在我国南方地区推广种植，并分析了黑肉柿在食品、药品的开发应用前景。 |

| Black sapote is a new type of fruit with high economic value in China. In order to promote the rapid development of black sapote industry in Guangdong, black sapote was introduced for trial planting in Zhongshan city, Guangdong province, and through the introduction and cultivation of black sapote for 6 consecutive years, the comprehensive characters of black sapote such as seed morphological characteristics, botanical characteristics, phenological period, main economic characters, fruit nutritional components, stress resistance, diseases and pests, harvesting and storage resistance were observed, the emergence rate and production period were measured, and the key points of cultivation techniques of black sapote were summarized. The results showed that black sapote would be not only a new fruit with great development potential but multi-purpose tree species with good ecological landscape effect. It is worth for cultivation and promotion in southern China. Furthermore，The development and application prospect of black sapote in food and medicine were also analyzed. |
