| Abstract: In order to screen Rootstock Varieties Suitable for growing in the ecological environment of Guangdong, with developed roots, strong wind resistance and excellent grafting affinity. Several excellent rootstock seedlings were determined by studying the physiological parameters such as plant height, ground diameter, taproot length, fibrous root length and fresh weight of GUIRE 1, H2, 900, a16, 800, 333, 788, O.C, OV, Guangxi No. 9, 695, 246, 781 and 741. On this basis, taking GUIRE 1, O.C, JW and South Asia 3 as scions, the physiological parameters such as scion survival rate, scion length, diameter, fresh weight and strong seedling index were measured and calculated, and the affinity between different rootstocks and Scions was compared to determine the optimal rootstock scion combination. The results showed that H2, 695, a16, O.C, OV and 900 could be used as Rootstocks to cultivate seedlings in production; The average survival rate of double tongue grafting was 80.43%; When H2, a16 and 695 were rootstocks, the growth and development of scions were good. |
