      为深入了解杧果种质资源的多样性,测定了11个杧果品种(系)的果实品质指标,并对这7个指标进行了变异分析、聚类分析、主成分分析以及综合评价。果实变异分析结果显示:果实品质指标差异较大,其中Vc含量的变异系数最大,为35.99%;果实横径的变异系数最小,为7.55%。聚类分析结果显示:11个杧果品种(系)分为两类,其中第一类种质资源果实的Vc含量、粗纤维高于第二类,第二类种质资源果实的单果重、果形指数、可食率、可溶性固形物、总糖含量均高于第一类。主成分分析结果显示:前3个主成分的累积贡献率达到了73.99%,其中第1主成分贡献率最高,为27.38%,主要决定因子是:Vc含量。综合评价显示:金煌杧、黔山杧1号、热农1号3个种质果实品质优良。综上所述,杧果品种(系)的果实性状具有丰富的多样性,为改良品种以及鉴定新品系提供理论基础。
英文摘要:
      In order to analyze the diversity of Mangifera indica Linn. varieties, 7 fruit traits of 11 Mangifera indica Linn. which were obtained from xingyi city, Guizhou province were evaluated. The variation analysis, clustering ananlysis, principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation were employed to evaluate the overall quality of Mangifera indica Linn.. The results showed that there were significant difference among the variable coefficient fruit quality. And the variable coefficient of vitamin C content was the largest(35.99%), the variable coefficient of fruit width was the least(7.55%). Clustering analysis results showed that 11 mango varieties were divided into two groups. The vitamin C content and crude fiber in the first group were superior to Group II; the fruit weight, fruit shape index, edible rate, soluble solids content and total sugar content in the second group were superior to Group I. Principal component analysis showed that the accumulative variance contribution rate of three principle components extracted from five quality characters reached 73.99%, the contribution rate of the first principal component was the highest, which was 27.38%, and the main determinant was Vc content. The comprehensive assessment results showed that Jinhuang fruit, Qianshan one fruit and Renong one fruit were excellent in comprehensive performance. In conclusion, there were significant differences among different mango germplasm resources. Through this evaluation, mango varieties with high nutritional value and good flavor and taste can be selected conveniently. At the same time, the comprehensive evaluation model provides a reliable reference for selections of high-quality breeding materials.
