      “衢枳壳”是由常山胡柚小青果干制加工而成的药材。以新鲜采摘的常山胡柚小青果分别采用全果、对半横切、切成宽度为1 cm左右薄片等3种切制方式,以晒干、烘干、冷冻干燥3种干燥方法加工,测定所得净片得率和柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、水分、总灰分含量,以确定最佳的干制工艺。结果表明,所有处理净片的质量指标均符合《浙江省中药炮制规范》2015年版要求。C3处理净片的得率、柚皮苷和新橙皮苷含量均最高,分别为25.97%、11.43%、7.63%,但加工总成本超过市场销售价。切成宽度为1 cm左右薄片的所有处理的净片有效成分含量均显著高于其他组合。切成1 cm左右的薄片烘干处理(C2),柚皮苷含量最高11.43%,新橙皮苷含量6.47%仅次于C3,经济效益最好,适合在产地推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Abstract “Qu Fructus aurantii” is dried procuct from young fruits of Citrus aurantium L.‘Changshan-huyou’. In order todetemine the best drying process, the contents of naringin, neohesperidin, moisture, and ash of the processed products from young fruits dried by sun-baked, stoving, vacuum freezing drying , with the whole fruit,cutting halfway, and cutting to slices width1cm were determined respectively . As a result, the contents of naringin, neohesperidin, moisture, and ash of the processed products of all the treatments met the requirements of Zhejiang Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation Standards(2015 edition). The percentage of processed products to young fruits, the contents of naringin and neohesperidin of C3 is the highest in all the treatments, respectively 25.97%, 11.43%, and 7.63%, but its cost was higher than the selling price. The processed products of C1,C2 and C3(cutted into slices width 1cm) had more naringin, neohesperidin content than other treatments. C2 with the best profitand 11.43% naringin content is suitable for the processing method to be worth popularizing.
