      以‘宁玉’草莓为试材,研究了不同生物菌剂和化学药剂处理对草莓定植成活及其生长结果的影响。结果表明,与清水对照相比较,采用化学药剂和生物菌剂蘸根处理均能有效提高草莓定植成活率,且化学药剂效果优于生物菌剂;但种苗定植后继续用相同药剂灌根处理,发现生物菌剂对草莓生长结果的处理效果优于化学药剂;与对照相比较,不同生物菌剂和化学药剂处理处理对草莓叶片总酚和总抗氧化能力的影响无显著差异,但草莓植株的总抗氧化能力所有处理均高于对照。定植前用井冈霉素+多菌灵蘸根处理草莓成活率最高,哈茨木霉菌蘸根和灌根处理对草莓生长结果的综合效果最优。
英文摘要:
      The effects of different biological and chemical fungicides on the strawberry cultivar ‘Ningyu’ seedling and fruits were studied. Results suggest that compared to the control, both biological fungicides and chemical agents can improve the survival rate of strawberry seedlings by dripping roots before planting, chemical agents had a higher survival rate than biological fungicides. While biological fungicides were more affected on strawberry growth and fruits than chemical agents after planting. There was no significant difference in total phenolic and total antioxidant capacity of strawberry leaves between biological fungicides, chemical agents, and control. But the total antioxidant capacity of strawberry plants was higher in all treatments than in control. The survival rate of strawberry root dipping with Jinggangmycin + Carbendazim was the highest, and the overall agronomic traits of strawberry by Trichoderma harzianum treatment with root dipping and irrigation promote optimality.
