炭疽病是贵州百香果的重要病害之一。本研究通过组织分离法,在贵州百香果炭疽病病株中分离到2株疑似炭疽病菌分离物。根据分离物的形态特征、柯赫氏法则验证,以及基于ITS-TUB2-ACT-CHS-1多基因序列系统发育树分析,明确引起贵州产区百香果炭疽病病原主要为巴西炭疽菌Colletotrichum brasiliense和喀斯特炭疽菌C. karstii。 |

Anthracnose is one of the important diseases of passion fruit in Guizhou. In this study, two suspected anthracnose isolates were isolated from the anthracnose diseased strains of passion fruit in Guizhou by tissue isolation method. According to the morphological characteristics of the isolates, Koch''s rule verification, and the phylogenetic tree analysis based on the ITS-TUB2-ACT-CHS-1 multigene sequence,
it is clear that Colletotrichum brasiliensis and Colletotrichum karstii were the main pathogens causing anthracnose of passion fruit in Guizhou. |
