为了降低徐香猕猴桃工厂化生产的成本,提高经济效益,探究徐香猕猴桃开放式培养的最适抑菌剂浓度及培养基配方。以现有的无菌材料,采用单因素试验确定增殖培养基因素的添加范围,并利用响应面法进行优化分析。结果表明,徐香猕猴桃开放式组培增殖培养的最优培养基是:MS+3g/L琼脂+20g/L蔗糖+0.1g/L代森锰锌+0.2mg/LNAA+1.5mg/L6-BA,此时增殖系数为6.539,成活率为93.33%。为徐香猕猴桃开放式培养增殖培养工厂化生产提供参考。 |

In order to reduce the cost of industrialized production of Xuxiang kiwifruit and improve economic benefits, the optimum concentration of bacteriostatic agent and medium formula for open culture of Xuxiang kiwifruit were explored. Using the existing sterile materials, the addition range of proliferation medium factors was determined by single factor test, and the optimization analysis was carried out by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal medium for open tissue culture and proliferation of Xuxiang kiwifruit was MS + 3g / L agar + 20g / L sucrose + 0.1g/Lmancozeb + 0.2mg/LNAA + 1.5mg/L6-BA. At this time, the proliferation coefficient was 6.539 and the survival rate was 93.33%. It provides a reference for the open culture, proliferation and industrialized production of Xuxiang kiwifruit. |
