      作为一种良好的土壤管理制度,果园生草通过改善果园土壤环境达到提高果实品质的目的。本研究比较了生草处理对不同成熟度‘红宝石’和‘珍珠’番石榴果实品质的影响。研究结果表明,生草处理对‘红宝石’和‘珍珠’番石榴果实色泽有一定程度的影响;生草处理显著提高了两个番石榴果实的可溶性固形物含量;而生草处理显著提高了‘红宝石’番石榴果实中可滴定酸含量,却对‘珍珠’番石榴差异不显著;生草处理的‘红宝石’和‘珍珠’番石榴果实中维生素C含量无显著变化;生草处理显著提高了成熟期‘红宝石’番石榴果实中的可溶性总糖含量,但未提高‘珍珠’番石榴果实中的可溶性总糖;生草处理分别对成熟期‘红宝石’和‘珍珠’番石榴果实中果糖、蔗糖和葡萄糖分别提高了1.47和0.19 mg/g、0.71和0.49 mg/g、0.62和0.32 mg/g;生草处理番石榴果实有机酸的影因品种和有机酸种类不同而不同。研究结果表明,番石榴果园生草栽培对果实的品质具有一定的影响,但影响效果因品种与采收期不同而不同。
英文摘要:
      As a good soil management system for fruit cultivation, grass-cover in orchard can improve fruit quality by improving orchard soil. In the present study, the effects of grass-cover treatments on fruit quality of ‘Hongbaoshi’ and ‘Zhenzhu’ guava fruit at different maturity were compared. The results showed that the color of guava ‘Hongbaoshi’ and ‘Zhenzhu’ were affected by grass-cover. The content of total soluble solid in the fruit of grass-cover was higher than that without grass. The results showed that the content of titratable acid in ‘Hongbaoshi’ guava fruit was significantly increased by grass growing treatment, but ‘Zhenzhu’ guava had no effect. Although the content of vitamin C in fruits of ‘Hongbaoshi’ and ‘Zhenzhu’ guava could not be significantly increased by grass-cover, the content of vitamin C in fruits of ‘Hongbaoshi’ guava was significantly higher than that in ‘Zhenzhu’ guava at different ripening stages. Grass-cover increased the total soluble sugar of ‘Hongbaoshi’ guava fruit at maturity, but didn’t increase in the ‘Zhenzhu’guava fruit. The fructose, sucrose and glucose in ‘Hongbaoshi’ and ‘Zhenzhu’ guava fruits were increased by 1.47 and 0.19 mg/g, 0.71 and 0.49 mg/g, 0.62 and 0.32 mg/g, respectively. The effect of organic acids on guava fruit was different with varieties and organic acids. In summary, grass-cover in guava orchard had a certain effect on fruit quality, but the effect varied with varieties and maturity.
