      以广西主栽品种‘桂花梨’为对照,在不同纬度地区引种‘黄金梨’,对其物候期、果实品质、产量等方面进行综合评价,同时分析了引种地区≤7.2℃低温积累量与‘黄金梨’单位面积产量的相关性。结果表明:‘黄金梨’在桂林的灌阳县和七星区表现较好,果实外观美,单果重288 g以上,可溶性固形物含量14%以上,可滴定酸含量0.18%,石细胞含量0.11%,汁多味美,肉质细脆,品质极优,丰产期每亩产量约1800~2000 kg;在桂林地区8月上中旬成熟,常温下可贮藏15~20 d,比‘桂花梨’长8~15 d,耐贮运;‘黄金梨’适宜在冬季低温积累量超过418小时的地区种植,不适宜在桂中和桂南地区种植。
英文摘要:
      Taking main cultivar ‘Whangkeumbae’ in Guangxi Province as the control, the ‘Whangkeumbae’ was introduced in different latitudes, and the phenological period, fruit quality and yield were comprehensively evaluated. Meanwhile, we analyzed the correlation between the low temperature accumulation (≤7.2 ℃) and per unit yield of ‘Whangkeumbae’ in the introduced areas. The results showed that ‘Whangkeumbae’ has good quality in Guanyang county and Qixing District of Guilin. The fruit has a beautiful appearance and the flesh is crisp with much juicy, containing single fruit weight of more than 288g, soluble solid content of more than 14%, titratable acid content of 0.18%, stone cell content of 0.11%, of good eating quality. In addition, the yield of ‘Whangkeumbae’ per mu in high yield period is about 1800 to 2000 kg. ‘Whangkeumbae’ is durable in storage and transportation. It matures in early and middle August in Guilin area and can be stored for 15 to 20 days at room temperature, which is 8 to 15 days longer than ‘Guihuali’. ‘Whangkeumbae’ is suitable for planting in areas with low temperature accumulation of more than 418 hours in winter, but not in central and southern Guilin.
