为了解调亏灌溉(regulated deficit irrigation,RDI)技术对酿酒葡萄生长及果实品质的影响,为酿酒葡萄节水灌溉技术提供理论依据。在大田条件下,以焉耆盆地葡萄欧亚种酿酒品种梅鹿辄(Merlot)为试材,以不同的灌水量进行调亏灌溉,对葡萄生长及果实品质进行比较分析。结果表明:在RDI条件下,中度调亏(16h)灌溉可有效的提升梅鹿辄葡萄的总酚及花色苷物质的含量,分别比对照(CK)提高了13.92%、24.35%,但对百粒重、可溶性固形物、单宁含量的影响并不大。中度(16h)的调亏灌溉既可以节约浇水量,又可以有效的提升梅鹿辄葡萄果实的品质。 |

This paper study on the regulated deficit irrigation(RDI) technic influenced the vitis viniferra growing and quality, providing evidence to water-saving irrigation for vitis viniferra.Under field level, Merlot, a grape Eurasian wine-making cultivar in Yanqi Basin, was used as the test material to conduct a comparative analysis of grape growth and fruit quality by adjusting deficit irrigation with different irrigation volumes.Results : Under the RDI circumstance, Under RDI conditions, moderate deficit regulation (16h) irrigation could effectively increase the total phenol and anthocyanin content of Merlot grape, which were 13.92% and 24.35% higher than CK, respectively, but had little effect on 100-grain weight, soluble solids and tannin content.Moderate deficit-adjusted irrigation can not only save water, but also effectively improve the quality of Merlot grape fruit. |
