      本研究以5年生刺葡萄为材料,采用基质栽培,研究了不同施钾水平对刺葡萄果实的可溶性糖、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物含量及糖代谢相关酶活性影响。结果表明:与对照相比,增施钾肥能显著提高刺葡萄果实中可溶性固形物及各糖组分含量,降低果实中酒石酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸含量。C2处理(540 g.株?1)时可溶性糖含量最高,说明适量施钾有利于促进刺葡萄果实中糖分的积累。施钾显著提高了刺葡萄果实发育早期 AI 和 SS的活性,对 NI 、SPS影响较小,C2处理(540 g.株?1)下各时期代谢酶的活性最强,说明适量施钾提高了刺葡萄果实发育过程中各有关代谢酶活性,促进了果实中果糖和葡萄糖的积累。为刺葡萄的科学施肥、提高果实产量和品质提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Five-year-old Vitis davidii Foёx were cultivated under substrate cultivation, except that 4 levels of K2SO4 were applied on the soil for the experimentation. Contents of soluble sugars、titratable acid and soluble solid as well as activities of enzymes related to the sugar metabolism of the fruits were determined and analysised correlation. Results show that application of potassium fertilizer can significantly increased the contents of soluble solids and sugar components in the fruit, and reduce the contents of tartaric acid, malic acid and citric acid compared to control. Highest soluble sugars were got at C2(540 g.plant?1)treatment, which indicated that appropriate potassium application was beneficial to promote the accumulation of sugar in the fruit. Potassium application significantly increased the activities of AI and SS in the early stage of fruit development, but not on NI and SPS. Strongest activity of metabolic enzymes were got at C2 treatment (540 g.plant-1) each stage, indicating that appropriate potassium application increased the activities of various metabolic enzymes during the development of fruit promoted the accumulation of fructose and glucose in the fruit. Appropriate potassium application can promote the activities of the enzymes related to sugar metabolism and increase the contents of soluble sugar and soluble solids in the fruit, and promote the improvement of fruit quality. This study provide a theoretical basis for scientific fertilization, and the improvement of fruit yield and quality.
