探讨设施冷棚对灵武长枣果实品质的影响,为设施灵武长枣产业发展提供理论基础。以国家地理标志产品灵武长枣(Ziziphus Jujuba ‘Lingwuchangzao’)为试材,研究设施冷棚和露地2种不同栽培模式对半红期、全红期灵武长枣果实品质的影响。结果表明:与露地栽培相比,设施冷棚可以显著提高灵武长枣果实的单果重、纵横径及含水量,降低果肉硬度、脆度,提高果肉弹性,改善口感;此外,设施冷棚有助于灵武长枣果皮着色,使其更具商品性,但可溶性固形物、Vc含量略有下降。综合评价,设施冷棚提高了灵武长枣的外观及质地品质,但果实风味品质有所降低。 |

In order to provide theoretical bases for the development of Ziziphus Jujuba ‘Lingwuchangzao’ industry. Using Ziziphus Jujuba ‘Lingwuchangzao’ , a national geographical indication as test materials, the effects of facility cold shed and open field cultivation on the fruit quality of Ziziphus Jujuba ‘Lingwuchangzao’ in semi-red stage and full red stage were studied. The results showed that compared with open field cultivation, facility cold shed could significantly increase the single fruit weight, vertical and transverse diameter and water content, reduce pulp hardness and fracture, increase pulp springiness and improve taste. Facility cold shed helps to color the pericarp of Ziziphus Jujuba ‘Lingwuchangzao’, making it more commercial, but the content of soluble solids and vitamin C decreases slightly. According to the comprehensive evaluation, facility cold shed improved the appearance and texture quality of Ziziphus Jujuba ‘Lingwuchangzao’, but the fruit flavor quality decreased. |
