本研究以不添加有机肥的营养土为对照,研究菜枯、花生枯、桐枯、蓖麻枯、蚯蚓粪等有机肥对柑橘砧木枳苗生长及营养土pH和酶活的影响,为柑橘育苗科学选择有机肥和提升苗木质量提供依据。结果表明:相比对照,在植物生长方面,所有有机肥均能显著提高叶绿素含量,且以桐枯处理的效果最佳;桐枯能显著促进株高增加,桐枯和蓖麻枯均能显著促进叶面积增加,而其它有机肥处理无显著性差异,甚至蚯蚓粪处理能显著抑制株高和茎粗的增长。在营养土pH方面,菜枯、桐枯、蓖麻枯处理的pH值均在枳苗生长的最适范围(5.5-6.5),而花生枯和蚯蚓粪处理高出最适范围,以蚯蚓粪超出程度表现显著;在营养土酶活方面,桐枯和蚯蚓粪能显著提高过氧化氢酶活性,花生枯和桐枯能显著提高脲酶活性。综合比较,桐枯有利于促进枳苗生长,使营养土pH环境适宜枳苗生长,且具有改善营养土酶活性的功效。因此,桐枯可作为柑橘育苗营养土的添加成分。 |

With no organic fertilizer as control, this study was conducted to study the effects of different organic fertilizers on growth of trifoliata orange (Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.) seedings, pH and enzyme activities of nutrient soil, including rape cake, peanut cake, tung cake, castor cake and earthworm manure, which would provide references for application of organic fertilizer on seedling cultivation of citrus and improvement of seedling quality. The results showed that compared with control, all organic fertilizers could significantly increase chlorophyll content in terms of plant growth, and the effect of tung cake was the best. |
