针对日光温室高温期草莓产量及品质下降的问题,以草莓‘红颜’为试材,采用0(CK)、5、10、15、20 mmol?L-1NaCl对日光温室高温期草莓进行每天1次的连续喷施处理,直至90%草莓成熟,测试分析草莓叶片生理特性及果实品质等指标,探索低浓度NaCl调控日光温室高温期草莓生长及品质的有益效应。结果表明:喷施低浓度NaCl显著提高了草莓叶片叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性、光合参数和果实单果重、色泽度、可溶性糖、Vc、游离氨基酸含量,显著降低了叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和果实可滴定酸含量。与对照(CK)相比,10 mmol?L-1和15 mmol?L-1NaCl的品质有益调控效应最明显,可溶性糖增幅7.45%~15.45%,Vc增幅34.48%~35.34%,游离氨基酸增幅11.34%~15.05%,可滴定酸降幅9.33%~18.67%。由此可见,采用10~15 mmol?L-1NaCl喷施处理技术,保护了日光温室高温期草莓叶片细胞膜结构的完整性和稳定性,维持了叶片具有较强的光合能力,促进草莓果实营养物质的形成和累积。 |

In order to improve the decline of strawberry yield and quality during high temperature period in solar greenhouse, the ''Benihoppe'' strawberry was used as material, which was foliar sprayed with 0(CK), 5, 10, 15, and 20 mmol?L-1 NaCl once a day until 90% of strawberries fruits were ripe. The physiological characteristics of strawberry leaves and fruit quality were measured to explore the beneficial effects of lower concentrations NaCl on strawberry growth and quality during high temperature period in solar greenhouse. The results showed that falior spraying low concentration of NaCl significantly increased the chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity, photosynthetic parameters of strawberry leaf, also the increase of weight, color, soluble sugar, Vc and free amino acid content were found in strawberry fruits. However, the action of foliar spraying low concentration of NaCl significantly decreased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in leaves and titratable acid content in fruits. Compared with the control (CK), 10 mmol?L-1 and 15 mmol? L-1nacl had the most obvious quality beneficial regulation effect. The soluble sugar increased by 7.45%-15.45%, Vc increased by 34.48%-35.34%, and free amino acid increased by 11.34%-15.05%. Titratable acid decreased by 9.33%~18.67%. In conclusion, the application of falior spraying 10~15 mmol?L-1 NaCl could protect the integrity and stability of cell membrane structure of strawberry leaves and maintain the stronger photosynthetic capacity then promote the formation and accumulation of strawberry fruits nutrients during the high temperature period in solar greenhouse. |
