以‘红花鹰嘴桃’为试验材料,研究单氰胺处理对‘红花鹰嘴桃’开花与花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:足量低温的累积是保证‘红花鹰嘴桃’正常开花的首要条件。当未经低温累积时,单氰胺(0.5-1.0%)对‘红花鹰嘴桃’叶芽、花芽解除休眠有积极效应,能部分消减低温累积不足对桃解除休眠后花粉发育负面影响;以1.0%单氰胺处理效果最佳,可促叶芽提前13d萌发,促花芽膨大后开花,花粉萌发率最高提升至27%。 |

The?effects?of?cyanamide?treatments?on?flowering?and?pollen?germination?were?studied?in?red-flower?‘Yingzui’?peach.?The?results?showed?that?the?accumulation?of?low?temperature?was?a?prerequisite?for?the?normal?blooming?of?red-flower?‘Yingzui’?peach.?When?the?low-temperature?accumulation?was?insufficient,?cyanamide?(0.5-1.0%)?application?treatments?could?have?a?positive?effect?on?the?dormancy?release?of?leaf?buds?and?flower?buds,?which?was?able?to?partially?offset?the?negative?effect?of?low-temperature?accumulation?deficiency?on?the?pollen?development?after?dormancy?release.?The?best?treatment?was?1.0?%?cyanamide,?which?could?accelerate?leaf?buds?breaking?13?days?ahead,?promote?the?development?and?bloom?of?floral?buds,?and?increase?the?pollen?germinating?rate?to?27%?under?the?condition?of?insufficient?chilling. |
