为探讨大棚栽培下,黄晶果果实生长发育规律,连续2年于黄晶果谢花后0、7、14、21、28、35、42、49和56d测定果实的单果重量、纵径和横径,计算单果重量、纵径和横径的周平均增长率。果实成熟时,测定果实生物学性状、果面色差、品质指标,分析果实各指标间的相关性。结果表明,黄晶果的果实生长发育速度较快,单果重量、果实纵横径的增长变化规律均表现为“快-慢-快”的双“S”动态变化曲线,其增长过程可分快速生长期、缓慢生长期和快速生长期。[将“其增长过程可分第1次膨大期、生长缓慢期和第2次膨大期”改为“其增长过程可分快速生长期、生长缓慢期和快速生长期”]谢花后14~21d和28~56d的为果实生长膨大期,谢花后21~28d为果实生长缓慢期。果实成熟时,单果重量约176.81g,总酸含量0.19%、总糖含量11.18%、固形物含量16.48%,糖酸比58.90,固酸比86.78果实各指标间的相关性分析表明,单果重量与纵横径密切相关,果实果面色差和大小与果实外部特征、内在品质显著相关。 |

In order to explore the growth and development law of Pouteria caimito Radlk. fruits in greenhouse, the single fruit weight, fruit longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter were measured after flowering 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49 and 56 days for two years in a row, while the week growth ratio of them were calculated. The values of L*, a* and b* were measured when the fruits were matured, while the biogical characters, quality idexes and the correlation between fruit indexes were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the growth and development speed of Pouteria caimito Radlk. was fast, the increasing and changing of fruit weight, longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter was showing a“fast-slow-fast”double S-shaped dynamic change curve. The incressing process of fruit weight, longitudinal and transverse diameter could bedivided into three growth periods, such as growth fast period, growth slow period and growth fast period. The growth fast period was from 14d to 21d and from 28d to 56d after anthesis respectively, while the growth slow period was from 21d to 28d after anthesis. The single fruit weight of Pouteria caimito Radlk. was about 176.81g, total acid content was about 0.19%, total sugar content was about 11.18%, solid content was about 16.48%,sugar-acid ratio was about 58.90 and solid-acid ratio was about 86.78 when the fruit matured. The correlation analysis of each index of Pouteria caimito Radlk. fruits showed that fruit weight was closely related to fruit longitudinal and transverse diameter. The fruit epidermis color and size was significantly correlated with the external characteristics and internal quality of fruit. |
