露尾甲是核果类水果的重要害虫。今年在我国西南和华南地区首次发现露尾甲为害鲜食葡萄,为了明确其具体种类,本研究分别从形态和分子两方面进行了鉴定。形态方面,通过成虫的前胸背板和腹部特征比较,发现其与干果露尾甲相似;分子水平方面,通过对露尾甲COI基因进行测序,并进行同源比对,发现该露尾甲与干果露尾甲的序列高度同源,序列相似性为99.64%,因此,结合两种鉴定方法,可确定该物种为干果露尾甲。 |

Nitidulids are important pests of stone fruit. The first found to damage table grapes in southwest and South China this year. In order to identify the specific species, morphological and molecular identification were carried out in this study. Through morphological comparison, it was found that the characteristics of the prothorax, midplane and abdomen of the adults were similar to those of the dried fruit, Carpophilus mutilatus. At the molecular level, COI gene sequencing and homology alignment were performed, and it was found that the sequence homology of this species was highly homologous with the sequence similarity of 99.64%. Therefore, combining the two identification methods, this species could be identified as Carpophilus mutilatus. |
