为探究硫酸亚铁与不同浓度碧护复配改善苹果缺铁黄化的效果,本研究选用了二年生‘红星’苗木,分别设置4个浓度梯度:0.3% FeSO4+0.05%碧护(X1)、0.3% FeSO4+0.1%碧护(X2)、0.3% FeSO4+0.15%碧护(X3)、0.3% FeSO4+0.2%碧护(X4),以清水处理为对照(CK)。结果表明,与对照相比较,0.3% FeSO4+0.15%碧护处理叶绿素总含量比对照提高了79.2%,实际光化学效率比对照提高了68.0%,活性铁含量比对照高了60.1%,全铁含量比对照高了52.1%,POD活性比对照提高了228.6%,显著高于其它组合。因此,0.3% FeSO4+0.15%碧护对苹果黄化叶片复绿效果最为显著。 |

In order to explore the effect of the combination of ferrous sulfate and bihu with different concentrations on improving the yellowing effect of iron deficiency in apple, the biennial "Red delicious" seedlings were selected in this study, and four concentration gradients were set respectively: 0.3% FeSO4+0.05% Bihu (X1), 0.3% FeSO4+0.1% Bihu (X2), 0.3% FeSO4+0.15% Bihu (X3), 0.3% FeSO4+0.2% Bihu (X4), using water treatment as control (CK). The results showed that the total chlorophyll content, the actual photochemical efficiency, the active iron content, the total iron content and POD activity increased by 60.1%, 52.1% and 228.6% compared with the control, respectively. Significantly higher than other combinations. Therefore, 0.3% FeSO4+0.15% green protection has the most significant effect on apple yellowing leaves. |
