      刺葡萄是我国重要的野生葡萄资源,常存在于山谷、丘陵一带,其幼叶呈现出明显的洋红色,与常规栽培品种‘夏黑’不同,其幼叶为朱红色,且颜色深浅也不一致。为区分两者幼叶的花色苷组成及含量差异,本试验采用高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS)法对其进行测定分析。结果表明,刺葡萄幼叶花色苷含量显著高于夏黑,质量分数分别为3452.16 mg/kg·FW和565.17 mg/kg·FW,芍药花素-3,5-O-二葡萄糖苷和芍药花素-3-O-葡萄糖苷是其主要花色苷组分。双糖花色苷和单糖花色苷分别是刺葡萄幼叶和夏黑幼叶的主要糖基化类型,总修饰程度刺葡萄高于夏黑。
英文摘要:
      Vitis davidii Foex, is an important wild grape resource in China, which often exists in valleys and hills. Its young leaves show obvious magenta color, which is different from the conventional cultivar ‘Xiahei’, and its young leaves are vermilion with different color shades. In order to distinguish the difference of anthocyanin composition and content in two different samples, high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) was used to analyze the anthocyanins components and contents. The results showed the content of anthocyanins in Vitis davidii Foex was significantly higher than that in ‘Xiahei’, and the content were 3452.16mg/kg·FW and 565.17mg/kg·FW, respectively. Peonidin-3,5 -O-diglucoside and Peonidin-3-O-glucoside were the main anthocyanin components.The disaccharides and monosaccharides were the main glycosylation types in young leaves of Vitis davidii Foex and ‘Xiahei, respectively. The total modification degree of anthocyanin of Vitis davidii Foex is higher than that of ‘Xiahei’
