      研究不同砧木对‘阳丰’甜柿树体生长和果实品质的影响,筛选适宜广西低海拔地区‘阳丰’甜柿栽培的优良砧木。分别以君迁子、野柿、‘恭城水柿’(中间砧)为砧木嫁接‘阳丰’甜柿,对各砧穗组合的树体发育、枝类组成、果实品质、着色等进行测定。结果显示,‘阳丰’甜柿用‘恭城水柿’和野柿做砧木树势较旺,一年生枝条中长枝(20~40 cm)分别占比27.24%和47.42%、长枝(>40 cm)分别占比10.82%和14.43%,用君迁子做砧木树势较弱,中短枝(0~20 cm)占比高达79.40%。“阳丰/恭城水柿”的平均单果重(179.36 g)和维生素C含量(58.53 mg.100 mL-1)、可溶性固形物含量(16.84%)显著高于“阳丰/野柿”和“阳丰/君迁子”组合,且“阳丰/恭城水柿”果实成熟期着色更优。‘阳丰’甜柿在广西低海拔地区种植时,‘恭城水柿’作为中间砧表现较好,野柿砧木次之,君迁子砧木较差。

      The effects of different rootstocks on the growth and fruit quality of ‘Youhou’ persimmon (PCNA) were investigated to select suitable rootstock-scion combinations in the low altitude area of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.‘Youhou’ persimmon was grafted onto three kinds of rootstocks as Date plum (Diospyros lotus), Silvestris persimmon (D. kaki var. silvestris) and ‘Gongcheng Shuishi’ (D. kaki Thunb.). The tree vigor, shoot composition, fruit quality and coloring of each rootstock-scion combinations were measured. The results showed that the rootstock-scion combinations of “Youhou/Gongcheng Shuishi” and “Youhou/Silvestris persimmon” have vigorous growth potential, and the proportion of medium-long shoots (20~40 cm) were 27.24% and 47.42%, the proportion of long shoots (>40 cm) were 10.82% and 14.43%, respectively. On the contrary, the rootstock-scion combination of “Youhou/Date plum” presented weaker growth vigor, and the proportion of medium and short shoots (0~20 cm) accounted for 79.40%. The average fruit individual weight and vitamin C content of “Youhou/Gongcheng Shuishi” (a and b) rootstock-scion combinations were significantly higher than those of “Youhou/Silvestris persimmon” and “Youhou/Date plum”. The average fruit individual weight (179.36 g), soluble solid content (16.84%) and coloring (orange-yellow) of “Youhou/Gongcheng Shuishi” (b) rootstock-scion combination was significantly better than those of the other combinations. As to the excellent characteristic and interaction with ‘Youhou’, ‘Gongcheng Shuishi’ was better rootstock, then followed by Silvestris persimmon, and Date plum was poor, when cultivating ‘Youhou’ PCNA persimmon in low altitude area of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
