      以‘阳朔1号’金桔果实为研究对象,通过乙烯利、磷酸二氢钾和含氨基酸水溶肥三因素三水平(L934)的正交试验,研究三者复配处理对金桔果实着色进程和品质的影响。结果表明,复配处理均能使金桔果实的着色指数上升,30d后7个处理呈显著上升,金桔果皮中的叶绿素含量均显著降低42.06%-82.32%,类胡萝卜素升高4.77%-139.21%,花青素含量升高7.34%-112.03%,果实中可溶性糖含量增加7.75%-29.07%,可溶性固形物含量增加3.08%-17.54%,果实固酸比增加8.06%-67.75%,维生素C含量增加11.63-81.4%,对果实重量和可滴定酸含量无影响。复配处理增加了金桔叶片的叶绿素含量,促进叶片浓绿,保持植株树势。综合评价分析得出,120 mg/L 乙烯利+0.2% 磷酸二氢钾+800倍含氨基酸水溶肥处理对金桔果实改善着色和提高果实品质的综合效果最佳。
英文摘要:
      Using ''Yangshuo 1'' kumquat fruit as the research object, the effects of three factors and three levels (L934) orthogonal experiments of ethrel, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and water-soluble fertilizers containing amino-acids on the coloring process and quality of kumquat fruit were studied. The results showed that all the complex treatments could increase the coloring index of kumquat fruit, and after 30 days, the seven treatments showed a significant increase. The chlorophyll content in the peel of citrus fruit significantly decreased by 42.06% - 82.32%, carotenoids increased by 4.77% - 139.21%, anthocyanins increased by 7.34% - 112.03%, soluble sugar content in the fruit increased by 7.75% - 29.07%, soluble solids content increased by 3.08% - 17.54%, and solid acid ratio of the fruit increased by 8.06% - 67.75%, The increase in vitamin C content by 11.63-81.4% had no effect on fruit weight and titratable acid content. The compound treatment increased the chlorophyll content of citrus leaves, promoted the leaves to be t hick and green, and maintained the plant vigor. Comprehensive evaluation and analysis showed that the treatment of 120 mg/L ethrel +0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate+800 times water-soluble fertilizers containing amino-acids had the best comprehensive effect on improving the color and quality of Kumquat.
