为解决柑橘种苗假冒、套牌等侵犯知识产权纠纷频繁、举证困难等问题,课题组前期基于射频识别(RFID,Radio Frequency Identification)技术研发了一套由硬件与管理软件组成的身份溯源系统,本研究分别对电子芯片、阅读器、植入枪 3 个硬件进行了信号强度、稳定性及植入效率的功能测试,并介绍了软件系统实现的途径。结果表明,电子芯片在9mm至63mm的茎粗中均能被识别;阅读器在测量距离≤10cm的范围内识别成功率为100%;植入枪的效率达到4枚/min。三项硬件设备功能完备,电子芯片信号强,阅读器稳定性好,植入枪的效率及精准度远高于其他植入工具。身份溯源系统的开发为果茶等多年生作物种苗的知识产权保护提供了新思路。 |

In order to solve the frequent disputes over intellectual property rights violations such as counterfeit and counterfeit citrus seedlings, as well as the difficulties in providing evidence, the research team developed an identity traceability system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, which consists of hardware and management software. This research conducted functional tests on the signal strength, stability, and implantation efficiency of electronic chips, readers, and implantation guns, respectively, And introduces the way to implement the software system. The results showed that the electronic chip could be recognized in stem diameters ranging from 9 mm to 63 mm; The recognition success rate of the reader within the range of measurement distance ≤ 10 cm is 100%; The efficiency of the implantation gun reaches 4 guns per minute. The three hardware devices have complete functions, strong electronic chip signals, and good reader stability. The efficiency and accuracy of the implantation gun are far higher than other implantation tools. The development of an identity traceability system provides a new idea for the intellectual property protection of perennial crop seedlings such as fruit tea. |
