| 从代代花种质资源中系统选育获得新品系DDH1、DDH2、DDH3，以广安产区传统栽培种为对照，通过代代花多点品种比较试验，优选代代花新品种。试验于2019～2020年和2020～2021年在四川省资阳市、泸州市，重庆市潼南区、渝北区等地开展，收获时测定小区枳壳、枳实、花蕾干产产量，折合亩产，用DPSv14.5软件统计分析，同时检测枳壳、枳实化学成分含量。结果表明，DDH1在多点品比试验中表现出良好的丰产性能，比对照品系增产显著，排名第1，枳壳、枳实化学成分含量均符合药典规定且高于对照，品质突出，在生产上具有推广价值。该新品系已于2022年通过田间技术鉴定，并于2023年通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会认定，品种命名为“蜀枳一号”。 |

| Taking the traditional cultivated species in Guangan producing area as the control, comparison test for the new varieties DDH1, DDH2 and DDH3 obtained from the abundant germplasm resources through systematic breeding was carried out at multiple points including Ziyang city, Luzhou city, Tongnan district and Yubei district from 2019 to 2020 and from 2020 to 2021, to optimize the new variety of Citrus aurantium ''Daidai'' through the variety test of multiple varieties of Citrus aurantium ''Daidai''.The dry yields of Aurantii Fructus, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus and Citrus aurantium L. var. amara Engl. in the plot were measured after harvesting, which were converted into per mu yield, statistical analysis was analyzed with DPSv14.5 software, and the chemical components of Fructus Aurantii and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus were also detected. DDH1 showed good high yield performance in the multi-point comparison test, significantly increased the yield compared with the reference strain, ranked No.1, and the chemical components of Fructus Aurantii and Aurantii Fructus Immaturus were in accordance with the provisions of Pharmacopoeia and higher than the reference, with outstanding quality, which is of value for promotion in production. This new variety had passed through the field identification in 2022 and was certified by Sichuan Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2023 under the variety name ‘Shuzhi No.1’. |
