通过建立啶氧菌酯在香蕉中的残留检测方法,研究香蕉中啶氧菌酯的残留行为,评估其可能存在的膳食风险。采用外标法定量,在添加浓度0.02~1.0 mg/kg范围内,香蕉中啶氧菌酯的平均回收率为101.4~109.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.1~4.0%,最小检出量为0.01ng,最低检出浓度为0.02 mg/kg。啶氧菌酯在香蕉中的降解符合一级动力学方程,降解半衰期为7.7~13.9 d,最终残留量的最大值为0.045 mg/kg,在施药60天后啶氧菌酯在香蕉中的降解率大于99.6%。膳食风险评估结果显示,我国普通成人啶氧菌酯的国家估计每日摄入量(NEDI)为0.35 mg,风险商值(RQ)为0.06,远远小于1,在该试验条件下,香蕉中啶氧菌酯的残留水平不会对普通成人造成膳食风险。 |

To establish a method for the determination of picoxystrobin in banana and to evaluate the risk of chronic ingestion in picoxystrobin. In the range of 0.02~1.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries of picoxystrobin in banana was 101.4~109.2%, the RSD were 2.1~4.0%, and the minimum detectable amount was 0.01 μg. The minimum detected concentration was 0.02 mg/kg. The digestion of picoxystrobin in banana conformed to the first order degradation kinetic equation, and the half-life was 7.7~13.9 d. The degradation rate of picoxystrobin in banana was more than 99.6% after 60 days of application. The dietary exposure risk assessment results showed that the NEDI of dimethylidene ester for ordinary adults in China is 0.35 mg, and the RQ is 0.06, which is far less than 1. The residual levels of picoxystrobin in bananas do not pose an unacceptable risk of chronic poisoning in the general population. |
