      利用温室模拟生草栽培试验,研究AM真菌对枳壳生长、菌根侵染、菌丝长度、球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(GRSP)和土壤结构的影响,同时研究了生草栽培刈割和AM真菌互作对枳壳和柱花草生长、菌根侵染,柱花草根际GRSP和土壤结构的影响。结果表明:AM真菌显著地促进了枳壳生长,增加了其根际GRSP含量,并且土壤结构也得到改善。与未刈割相比,刈割处理抑制了枳壳生长,降低菌根侵染和菌丝长度。刈割和AM真菌互作促进了柱花草的生长和分枝,降低了根系侵染率、丛枝定植率和泡囊定植率。刈割和AM真菌互作同时影响了柱花草根际不同土壤团聚体粒径分布,降低了大团聚体比例和根际GRSP含量。相关分析表明,大团聚体显著相关于菌根侵染率、GRSP和菌丝长度。本研究表明,生草刈割影响了植物营养分配和AM真菌共生体生长,可能对土壤结构有不利的影响。
英文摘要:
      In this study, we simulated the condition of cover cropped orchard in greenhouse, to study the effects of arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM) fungus Glomus mosseae on the growth, mycorrhizal colonization, hyphal length, glomalin-related soil protein (GRSP), and soil structure of trifoliate citrus (Poncirus trifoliata L. Raf. ). Simultaneously, we studied the influence of the cooperation of grass mowing and AM fungus on the growth, and mycorrhizal colonization of trifoliate citrus and stylo (Stylosanthes guianensias SW), GRSP and soil structure in the rhizosphere of stylo. Our results showed that AM fungus was significantly promote the growth of trifoliate citrus. Meanwhile, AM fungus increased GRSP concentration and improved soil structure in the rhizosphere of trifoliate citrus. The biomass of trifoliate citrus was higher, mycorrhizal colonization and hyphal length were decrease with mowing treatment compared to non-mowing treatment. Furthermore, results showed that cooperation of grass mowing and AM fungus promoted biomass and branching of stylo, but lead to lower colonization, arbuscle and vesicle. In addition, the different aggregate size fraction in the rhizosphere of stylo was influence on the cooperation of grass mowing and AM fungus, it can be see the lower marco-aggregate and GRSP concentration. Correlation coefficient analysis demonstrated that macro-aggregate was significantly and positively correlated with mycorrhizal colonization, two GRSP fractions and hyphal length (P < 0.01). It is suggested that mowing affected the nutrient distribution of plants and the growth of AM fungus, possible might be harmful in soil structure.
