      为了筛选适宜枳砧木繁育的基质,研究了本土、椰糠、草炭、有机肥的23种配比组合对枳容器苗生长的影响。结果表明,基质处理S15(本土:椰糠:草炭:有机肥=7:2:0:1)能提高枳苗木的茎粗、株高和地下部分干重,分别比CK高出67.40%、86.79%和82.05%;基质处理S7提高了植株根总长、根表面积和根体积,分别比CK高出51.30%、31.58%和31.35%;基质处理S11提高了地上部分鲜重和地上部分干重,别比CK高出309.95%和207.14%;基质处理S14提高了枳苗木地下部分鲜重,比CK高出了82.05。综合考虑成本、效益,筛选出S15(本土:椰糠:草炭:有机肥=7:2:0:1)处理为枳苗繁育的最适基质配方。
英文摘要:
      In order to screen the suitable substrate for the breeding of P. trifoliata rootstock, the effects of 23 combinations of native soil, coconut shell powder, peat and organic fertilizer on the growth of P. trifoliata container seedlings were studied. The results showed that the substrate treatment S15 (local: coconut shell powder: peat: organic matter = 7:2:0:1) could increase the stem diameter, plant height and dry weight of the underground part of P. trifoliata seedlings, which were 67.40%, 86.79% and 82.05% higher than CK, respectively; the substrate treatment S7 increased the total root length, root surface area and root volume, which were 51.30%, 31.58% and 31.35% higher than CK; substrate treatment S11 increased the fresh weight and dry weight of the aboveground part, which were 309.95% and 207.14% higher than CK; substrate treatment S14 increased the The fresh weight of the underground part is 82.05 higher than that of CK. Considering cost and benefit comprehensively, S15 (local: coconut shell powder: peat: organic matter = 7:2:0:1) was selected as the most suitable substrate formula for the breeding of P. trifoliata seedlings.
