| 云南是世界上最大的澳洲坚果种植区,产量及产地采后加工已形成规模。青皮是澳洲坚果初加工过程中的废弃物,占鲜果重的1/2左右,数量庞大,其二次开发利用的价值正被逐步挖掘,结合云南省打造世界一流“绿色食品牌”的战略需要,将青皮堆肥化创制有机肥来反哺澳洲坚果果园,实现资源高效循环利用,构建绿色可持续发展的生态链是当前青皮开发应用的研究热点。本文分析了云南澳洲坚果主产区青皮资源产生量、堆肥化开发利用现状和迫切性,并针对青皮堆肥开发应用中存在的问题提出了可行性建议。 |

| Yunnan province is the largest macadamia growing region in the world, and the yield and post-harvest processing of the origin have established scale. Green husk is the by-product in the process of macadamia in raw waste, accounts for about half of the green husk fruit weight, large number, the second time the value of the development and utilization are being gradually digging, combining with the building of Yunnan province macadamia "green food" brand strategic needs, composting created organic fertilizer to green husk to feedback macadamia nut orchard, realize highly efficient recycling resources. Constructing ecological chain of green and sustainable development is the research hotspot of green bark development and application. The production status of macadamia green husk raw materials and the urgency of development and utilization of green husk resources were analyzed. Some feasible suggestions were put forward in view of the problems existing in the development and application of green husk composting. |
