      本研究对47份柑橘种质幼果总黄酮、总酚和总抗氧化能力进行测定,并用HPLC法对其中15份种质的11种功能性成分进行检测。结果表明,不同类型种质间的功能成分含量、种类差异显著,其中汉森1号、2号酸橙及丹江口红橘总黄酮、总酚含量和总抗氧化能力均显著高于其他种质。汉森2号的柚皮苷、汉森1号的新橙皮苷、香橙2号的芸香柚皮苷、汉森2号的芦丁、普通枳的欧前胡素、圆叶莽山野橘的异欧前胡素、辛弗林和橙皮苷含量、枸橼C-05的柠檬苦素含量最高。通过聚类分析15个份种质可分为6类。相关性分析的结果表明总酚与总黄酮,新橙皮苷与总抗氧能力、总酚、芸香柚皮苷呈显著正相关;柠檬苦素与橙皮苷呈显著负相关,与欧前胡素呈显著正相关。
英文摘要:
      In this study, the total flavonoids, total phenolics, and antioxidant activity of 47 citrus germplasm young fruits were measured. Eleven functional components were detected in 15 of these germplasm samples by using the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The results showed that there were significant differences in the content and type of functional components among different cultivars. Among them, the total flavonoids, total phenols and total antioxidant capacity of ‘Hansen No.1’, ‘Hansen No.2’ sour orange and ‘Danjiangkou’ citron were significantly higher than other cultivars. The highest contents of naringin in ‘Hansen No.2’ sour orange, neohesperidin in ‘Hansen No.1’ sour orange, narirutin in ‘Xiangcheng No.2’ fragrant citrus, rutin in ‘Hansen No.2’, imperatorin in ‘Putong’ trifoliate orange, limonin in Citron C-05, and isorhamnetin, synephrine and hesperidin in round-leaf ‘Mangshan’ wild mandarin were found. Through cluster analysis, 15 germplasm could be divided into 6 categories. The correlation analysis showed that total phenols were significantly positively correlated with total flavonoids, neohesperidin was significantly positively correlated with total antioxidant capacity, total phenols and hesperidin; limonin was significantly negatively correlated with hesperidin, and significantly positively correlated with imperatorin.
