测量贵州省内外种源1年生刺梨实生苗的苗高(H)、地径(D)、主根长(L),≥5 cm Ⅰ级侧根数(N)与≥5 cm Ⅰ级侧根平均长(R)等生长指标。将862株苗木观测值标准化处理后经SPSS 22.0软件相关性分析,采用苗高与地径为苗木分级指标。用逐步聚类法进行苗木质量分级,得出1年生刺梨实生苗的分级标准是Ⅰ级苗为H≥80.00 cm,D≥7.52 mm;Ⅱ级苗为80.00 cm>H≥59.00 cm,7.52 mm>D≥5.12 mm;Ⅲ级苗为H<59.00 cm,D<5.12 mm。 |

The growth parameters such as height of seedling (H), ground diameter (D), main root length (L), 5 or more centimeters Ⅰ level of lateral root number and length of germplasm resource inside and outside Guizhou province one-year-old Rosa roxburghii Tratt. seedling were measured. The observed value of 862 one-year-old Rosa roxburghii Tratt. seedlings was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software, height of seedling and ground diameter were used as the seedling classification index. The quality classification of seedling was performed by stepwise clustering, the grading standards of ? level seeding about one-year-old Rosa roxburghii Tratt. seedling: 80 or more centimeters of seedling height (H) and 7.52 or more millimeters of ground diameter (D), the Ⅱ level seeding about one-year-old Rosa roxburghii Tratt. seedling: 59 or more centimeters but less than 80 centimeters of seedling height (H), 5.12 or more millimeters but less than 7.52 millimeters of ground diameter (D), the Ⅲ level seeding about one-year-old Rosa roxburghii Tratt. seedling: less than 59 centimeters of seedling height (H),and less than 5.12 millimeters of ground diameter (D). |
