| 兰溪枇杷是农业农村部农产品地理标志产品，随着大棚设施的普及，以枇杷木虱为主的害虫呈日益加重趋势。本研究在浙江兰溪大棚枇杷主产区调查了大棚和露天枇杷木虱的发生规律，并开展了药剂筛选试验。结果表明，大棚枇杷木虱若虫一年有3次高发期，露天枇杷木虱若虫一年有2次高发期，其中大棚枇杷木虱2次高发期相比于露天早半个月左右。不同栽培方式对枇杷木虱虫口发生量产生极显著影响，4个乡镇街道大棚枇杷木虱平均每枝虫量是露天的5倍之多，其中女埠街道受枇杷木虱为害最为严重。药效结果表明，75g/L阿维菌素?双丙环虫酯DF 15mL/667m2处理在药后5 d、10 d和15d分别为91.03%、86.81%和86.28%，防治效果最好，显著优于5%阿维菌素ME4000倍液，其15d防效仅为46.34%。阿维菌素?双丙环虫酯对枇杷木虱防治效果好，使用安全，可在实际生产上推广应用。 |

| Eriobotrya japonica in Lanxi is a geographical indication product of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. With the popularity of greenhouse, The Psylla chinensis was as a major pest and its occurrence showed an increasing trend. The occurrence rules and control techniques of P. chinensis in greenhouses and open fields were studied by monitoring and investigation in main production area of eriobotrya japonica in Lanxi, Zhejiang, in this study. Monitoring results show that P. chinensis was 3 high incidence periods a year in greenhouse, P. chinensis was 2 high incidence periods a year in open fields, Among them, the two high incidence periods of Eriobotrya japonica in greenhouses were about half a month earlier than those in open foelds. Different cultivation methods had very significant effects on the population of P. chinensis, the average number of P. chinensis per branch in greenhouses in the four towns was five times that in open fields, Among them, The eriobotrya japonica in Nvbu street was the most seriously affected by P. chinensis. The results of pesticide experiments showed that the avermectin?afidopyropen 75g/L DF 5mL/667m2 showed best control effect of 91.03%, 86.81% and 86.28% after 5, 10 and 15 days, respectively. which is significantly better than avermectin 5% ME4000-fold dilution. The 15d protection efficiency was only 46.34%. Avermectin?afidopyropen DF is safe to use and has good control effect on P. chinensis. It can be applied in practical production. |
