      为了探究腐植酸和氨基酸这两种增效剂对澳洲坚果幼苗植株的生长影响和对肥料肥效的提升作用,将增效剂添加至复混肥料中制成三种增效复混肥,并设置CK(不施肥)、普通复混肥T1、氨基酸增效复混肥T2、腐植酸增效复混肥T3、混合增效复混肥T4这5个处理进行盆栽土培试验。研究结果表明:(1)与普通复混肥相比,氨基酸增效复混肥、腐植酸增效复混肥和混合增效复混肥处理的植株生长情况较好,这三个处理植株的株高、叶片数、茎粗、根面积、根体积、根平均直径、地下部湿重、地上部湿重和植株总湿重均高于普通复混肥处理。总体来看,腐植酸增效复混肥的效果要优于氨基酸增效复混肥,而混合增效复混肥对澳洲坚果幼苗生长的效果最佳;(2)氨基酸和腐植酸对土壤养分含量产生一定的影响,进而影响后续植株生长。与普通复混肥相比,氨基酸增效复混肥中氮、磷、钾素利用率可提高3.46%、13.35%、24.34%;腐植酸增效复混肥中氮、磷、钾素利用率可提高8.11%、12.10%、13.39%;混合增效复混肥中氮、磷、钾素利用率可提高13.17%、30.69%、37.47%。

      Five treatments were set up for the pot soil culture test: CK: no fertilization, T1: common compound fertilizer, T2: amino acid synergist compound fertilizer, T3: humic acid synergist compound fertilizer, and T4: mixed synergist compound fertilizer. The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effects of humic acid and amino acid synergists on the growth and nutrient utilization of macadamia seedlings. A comparison was made between the various treatments'' soil nutrient and fertilizer usage rates, plant height, leaf count, stem diameter, root area, root volume, root average diameter, underground wet weight, aboveground wet weight, and plant total wet weight. The findings demonstrated that: (1) The three treatments with synergist had larger root wet weights, shoot wet weights, total plant wet weights, root height, leaf number, stem diameter, root area, root volume, and root average diameter than the common compound fertilizer treatment. When it came to the growth of macadamia seedlings, the mixed synergistic compound fertilizer performed the best overall. (2) The amino acid synergistic compound fertilizer can increase the utilization rate of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium by3.46%, 13.35%, and 24.34% compared to regular compound fertilizer. The humic acid synergistic compound fertilizer can improve the utilization rate of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium by 8.11%, 12.10%, and 13.39%, respectively. The mixed synergistic compound fertilizer can raise the utilization rates of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium by 13.17%, 30.69%, and 37.57%, respectively.
