      为了探究不同套袋材料对白肉枇杷新品系‘三月白’果实品质的影响,本文利用6种市售套袋材料对‘三月白’果实进行套袋处理,测定枇杷果实感官、外观和内在品质指标,同时利用主成分分析法筛选最适合的果袋材料。结果表明6种套袋材料均能不同程度提高了‘三月白’枇杷的商品果率、单果重和可食率,但降低了果实的可溶性固形物含量和固酸比;通过主成分分析和综合评价,外牛皮纸内编织袋复合双层套袋的综合得分最高,优于其他套袋材料, 在‘三月白’枇杷套袋时可优先选择。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the influence of different bagging materials on the fruit quality of 'Sanyuebai', a white-fleshed loquat new strain, six commercially bagging materials were used to bag the fruit of ‘Sanyuebai’. The sensory, externalappearance, and internal quality parameters of the loquat fruits were determined. The principal component analysis was employed to identify the most suitable fruit bagging material. The results showed that all six bagging materials increased the marketable fruit rate, single fruit weight, and edible rate of 'Sanyuebai' loquats, but reduced the soluble solid content and sugar-acid ratio of the fruit. Through principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation, the comprehensive score of outer cowhide paper and inner woven bag as a double-layer bagging material was the highest, which was better than other bagging materials, and it could be preferred when bagging 'Sanyuebai' loquats.
