      【目的】以贵州地方名李九阡李为研究对象,研究九阡李生长过程中四种果实内源激素(生长素 (indole-3-aceticacid,IAA)、赤霉素(gibberellin,GA3 )、脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)、玉米素(zeatin,ZT))含量变化规律,测定九阡李生长过程中果实品质(果重、总糖、总酸、总酚),并探究两者之间相关性。【方法】采用液质联用的(HPLC-MS)方法对四种九阡李内源激素进行测定,分别采用分析天平、酸碱滴定法、福林酚比色法和苯酚-硫酸比色法对果实品质四个指标果实重量、酸度、总多酚含量和总糖含量进行测定,并通过SPSS软件对其相关性进行分析。【结果】①九阡李果实生长过程中,果实发育初期,果实不断膨大,在这个过程中GA3,IAA和ZT含量不断增大,ABA维持较低水平;果实发育中期,GA3含量保持基本不变,ABA、IAA和ZT含量均在降低;果实发育后期,GA3、IAA和ZT含量均在下降,到达最低值,ABA含量开始突增达到最大值675ng/mL。②九阡李果实发育过程中,果实重量在不断增大,到谢花后70天达到最大值15.400g;总糖含量呈先下降后上升趋势,在到谢花后70天达到最大值69.143mg/g;总酚含量呈下降趋势,在谢花后10天达到最大值8.442mg/g;酸度呈变化趋势不明显,在谢花后60天达到最大值18.179mmol/100g;③九阡李果实生长过程中,果实内源激素与果实质量呈极显著相关的因子有ABA与IAA,果实品质与果实质量呈极显著相关的因子有总酚含量和总糖含量,果实品质中只有总糖含量与果实内源激素ABA之间存在相关性,果实内源激素IAA与果实内源激素ABA呈显著相关性。

      Jiuqian Plum, a local famous plum in Guizhou, was used as the research object to study the changes of four fruit endogenous hormones ( indole-3-acetic acid ( IAA ), gibberellin ( GA3 ), abscisic acid ( ABA ), zeatin ( ZT ) ) during the growth process of Jiuqian Plum. The fruit quality ( fruit weight, total sugar, total acid, total phenol ) during the growth process of Jiuqian Plum was measured ,and the correlation between them was explored. The results showed that : 1 During the growth process of Jiuqian Plum, the fruit expanded continuously at the early stage of fruit development. During this process, the contents of GA3, IAA and ZT increased continuously, and ABA maintained a low level. At the middle stage of fruit development, GA3 content remained basically unchanged, while ABA, IAA and ZT contents decreased. At the late stage of fruit development, the contents of GA3, IAA and ZT decreased to the lowest value, and the content of ABA began to increase to the maximum. ( 2 ) During the fruit development of Jiuqian Plum, the fruit weight increased continuously, and reached the maximum 15.400 g at 70 days after flowering. The total sugar content decreased first and then increased, reaching a maximum of 69.143 mg / g at 70 days after flower shedding. The total phenol content showed a downward trend, reaching a maximum of 8.442 mg / g at 10 days after flower shedding. The trend of acidity was not obvious, and reached the maximum value of 18.179 mmol / 100g at 60 days after flower shedding. During the growth of Jiuqian Plum, ABA and IAA were significantly correlated with fruit quality, and total phenol content and total sugar content were significantly correlated with fruit quality. There was a correlation between total sugar content and fruit endogenous hormone ABA, and there was a significant correlation between fruit endogenous hormone IAA and fruit endogenous hormone ABA.
