为明确‘甘平’枯水、浮皮症状果实的特性,为生产上负载量管理提供理论依据。以设施内正常管理的5年生‘甘平’树为研究对象,于采收期进行整株采摘,对其浮皮和枯水症状发生情况进行调查,并逐一测定单个果实的品质性状,研究浮皮、枯水症状果实之间品质性状的差异。结果表明,设施内常规管理的‘甘平’枯水症状的发生率为59.8%,浮皮症状的的发生率为80.3%,两种症状的发生没有明显的相关性。不枯水的果实果径和单果重显著高于枯水果实,表现为大果不容易发生枯水,推断‘甘平’枯水在果实膨大期即已发生;不浮皮的果实果径和单果重显著低于浮皮果实,表现果实越大、果形越扁平、品质越好的果实越容易出现浮皮症状,浮皮发生初期的果实品质较好,是果实完熟的表现。 |

In order to clarify the characteristics of the fruit with juice sacs granulation and puffing symptoms, and to provide theoretical basis for the load management of production management.Five year old "Gan ping" trees under normal production and management in the facility were selected as the research object. The occurrence of puffing and juice sacs granulation were investigated during the harvest period, and the quality traits of individual fruits were determined one by one to study the difference of quality traits between fruits with puffing symptoms and juice sacs granulation symptoms.The incidence of "Gan ping"with juice sacs granulation was 59.8%, and the incidence of "Gan ping" with puffing was 80.3%. There was no obvious correlation between the two symptoms.The transverse diameter and single fruit weight of Gan ping fruits without juice sacs granulation symptoms were significantly higher than those of fruits with juice sacs granulation, showing that large fruits were not prone to juice sacs granulation,indicating that Gan ping fruits with juice sacs granulation symptoms had already occurred in the fruit expansion stage.The transverse diameter and single fruit weight of the fruit without puffing were significantly lower than those of the fruit with puffing, showed that the larger the fruit, the flatter the fruit shape and the better the quality of the fruit, the more prone to puffing symptoms.The early puffing is the formation of high quality fruit, showing fruit of full ripening . |
