探究不同品种柠檬砧木对淹水胁迫的生理响应及耐涝性,为柠檬耐涝砧木品种选育及抗涝机理研究提供理论依据。以11个当年生实生苗砧木为供试材料,设置正常管理(对照)和淹水处理,通过测定相对电导率、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量和过氧化氢酶活性等指标,综合评价砧木耐涝性。结果表明,淹水胁迫后,不同砧木品种的相对电导率均增加;叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量均降低;可溶性糖、丙二醛含量和过氧化氢活性在不同品种中呈现升高或降低的变化趋势。主成分分析将6个单项指标综合成3个独立指标,隶属函数分析将11个砧木品种划分为4个类型:白藜檬1号、酸橙和香橙强耐涝,泰国香橼和白藜檬2号较强耐涝,大果红藜檬、酸柚、酸桔和小青柠中等耐涝,红柠檬和粗柠檬不耐涝,分析结果与外部形态特征观察基本一致。 |

Exploring the physiological response and waterlogging tolerance of different varieties of lemon rootstocks to waterlogging stress, providing theoretical basis for the breeding of lemon waterlogging tolerant rootstock varieties and the study of waterlogging resistance mechanisms.One-year-old seedlings of eleven rootstocks varieties were used as the experimental materials, normal management and flooding treatment were set up. The waterlogging tolerance of the rootstocks was comprehensively evaluated by measuring relative conductivity, chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar, malondialdehyde content and catalase activity. The results showed that after flooding stress, the relative conductivity of different rootstock varieties increased; The content of chlorophyll and soluble protein decreased; The soluble sugar, malondialdehyde content, and hydrogen peroxide activity showed an increasing or decreasing trend in different varieties. Principal component analysis synthesized 6 individual indicators into 3 independent indicators, and membership function analysis divided 11 rootstock varieties into 4 types: Bailimeng 1, Suanju, and Xiangcheng with strong waterlogging tolerance, Taiguoxiangyuan and Bailimeng 2 with strong waterlogging tolerance, Daguohonglimeng , suanyou, and Xiaoqingning with moderate waterlogging tolerance, Hongningmeng and Cuningming are not waterlogging tolerant. The analysis results are basically consistent with the external morphological characteristics observed. |
